She is notably involved in senior hires and terminations, international mobility and restructuring projects, including collective redundancies.

Through her role as Managing Partner of one of the leading laws firms in Luxembourg, Cindy has developed solid management and entrepreneurial competences which, combined with her strong sense of client service, give her a very good understanding of her clients’ needs.

François provides legal assistance to clients in any employment-related matter, with a special focus on dispute resolution, notably unfair dismissal cases and enforcement of restrictive covenants. His knowledge and experience in criminal law matters and administrative procedures enable him to assist companies and their management facing investigations and claims for non-compliance with labour laws.

François is also experienced in civil and commercial litigation, dealing notably with contractual liability cases and shareholders’ disputes. With always the client’s interests in mind, François seeks the best outcome for each case, either by negotiating and settling amicably, or by tenaciously defending the case in court.

He is a member of the ALAP (criminal lawyers association).

Catherine provides legal assistance to clients in any employment-related matter, with a special focus on dispute resolution, including legal representation before labour Courts. She advises clients notably on issues related to posting of workers and business transfers.

With more than 10 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, Catherine also assist companies and their management facing any litigation regarding debts recovery, enforcement of contracts, litigation between shareholders and validity of decisions taken by management bodies.

Catherine makes a point of helping clients by providing them with the best possible support in the management of their litigation and by representing them with strength and conviction.

She is a member of the ELSA (Employment Law Specialists (Association, Luxembourg a.s.b.l.) and the ALJB (Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de droit bancaire).

Ilaria provides legal assistance to clients in any employment-related matter, in both advisory and litigation matters.

She completed a bilingual and dual legal education at the Università degli studi di Firenze and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She earned a Second’s Master degree in International and European Law, Master 2 Juriste International, at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also attended the 2021 Summer School edition in International Private Law at the Hague Academy of International Law and the Contract Law Course organised by Harvard University.

She collaborates with different Italian and French reviews, notably in employment law.

She is currently undertaking the Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois (CCDL).
