Upcoming laws on moral harassment and whistleblowing: what to expect and how to get prepared?

In line with the ever-increased focus on ethics and compliance, the Luxembourg legislator is currently working on two draft bills, the first one aiming to implement a legal framework governing the prevention and protection against moral harassment, the second with a view to set up a general protection regime for whistle-blowers. These bills envisage to grant increased control and investigation roles to the supervisory authorities in case of harassment claim or alert for non-compliance with the legislation and will require companies having at least 50 employees to set up an internal channel for reporting alerts. During this conference, Marielle Stévenot and Elisabeth Franssen will discuss the key points of the draft bills and how to get prepared for these upcoming changes.
